Aether Ensemble special performance: The party will commence with a short performance by Emily Thornton (flutes) and Jojo Yuen (piano).

Aether Ensemble is a dynamic collective dedicated to reimagining the chamber music experience by championing new and contemporary works, with a strong focus on diverse voices, including women composers, First Nations composers, and Australian composers. Their collective blends classical traditions with modern influences, storytelling, and innovative programming, creating performances that are both artistically compelling and culturally significant. They aim to make chamber music more inclusive, accessible, and reflective of the diverse musical landscape of today’s world.
