Recent philanthropic gifts and acquisitions provide an opportunity to revisit artworks in the collection in a new light, adding to the dynamic and multifaceted story of Australian art. Over the past few years the ANU Art Collection has been fortunate to receive a number of extraordinary donations. The Drill Hall Gallery acknowledges the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples, the traditional custodians of the Canberra region, and recognises their continuous connection to culture, community and Country.
